Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 6 business days after purchase.
Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination country:
- For European countries, the estimated delivery time is approximately 1 week from the moment the package is shipped.
- For the United States, delivery takes between 1 and 2.5 weeks, with an average of 1.5 weeks from the moment the package is shipped.
In some cases, shipments may take longer due to holidays. Specifically, between January 15 and February 4 (subject to change), orders placed during this period will be shipped starting February 8. This is a one-time exception per year.
We kindly ask for your patience regarding this, and we assure you that your product is being created and processed for shipping as soon as possible.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking code and instructions to track your package online.
Can I request a custom design?
Sure! We accept custom orders. You can send us your idea or reference through our request form below. We will get in touch to confirm the details and additional costs. The quoted value is only for the digital design. The physical playmat must be paid separately.
Can I track the progress of my custom order?
Yes, we will keep you informed about the progress of your custom design. Additionally, you will receive email updates on the shipping status once the playmat is ready.
Do you publish your custom illustrations on your social media?
Yes, custom illustrations will be published on our social media and portfolio. Although with a watermark and in 1080 x 1350 px resolution so that no one can use them.
How does the returns process work?
We accept returns only if the product arrives damaged or defective. You must contact us within the first 7 days after receiving the order, attaching photos of the damage. We do not accept returns for change of mind or misuse of the product.
Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

Can I suggest a design for future playmats?
We love receiving suggestions! You can send us your ideas through our social media or on the Discord server. We are always looking for new inspirations for our designs. In addition, we do votes and challenges on our social media (Instagram and Facebook), so that the design you like sees the light of day before others.

Can I change the shipping address after I've placed my order?
If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn't been shipped yet, we'll be able to update the address. If it's already been shipped, unfortunately we won't be able to make changes.
What happens if my order is lost or does not arrive?
If your order does not arrive at its destination, please contact us. We will investigate the shipping status with the courier company and offer you a suitable solution.
What are the materials of the playmats?
Our playmats are made of non-slip natural rubber on the base and a high-quality cloth surface that ensures smooth sliding of the cards. This provides durability and comfort during play.
